Great times were had here in Dec. Loverly view and room 2 is the best if you can get it. Large with a perfect view over the Sea and gardens. Geoff and Jane were very capable hosts and we wwill not hesitate to return if and when we are in West cornwall again. Thanks for your friendliness...

Very good location with private parking. Everything was spotless and the room had a beautiful view each mornig we were there. Breakfast was very nice and we were helped by Geoff and Jos giving us directions and their local knowledge. Jane was very accommodating and a lovaly hostess. All in all a great break and we will return later in the year or early 08. Many thanks again for a relaxing trip....
