this place is appalling, i booked months in advance and sent a £75 deposit, but took no other detials, which i thought was evry unprofessional, when i arrived nobody was there and it was pouring down with rain,(since when are b&bs locked during the day) the sign just said b&b could have been any b&b, nothing about the name, also there was a sticky label with a number to call for enquiries so i called it, it rang and they hung up, i called again and the phone was switched off, so i left a message, 3 hours later they phoned back, to which i advised i would not be staying, i thought this was very bad service and wasnt pleased with what had happened so far, i asked for my deposit back and they said no. they then asked for more money, as i would not be staying, but thats what i thought the deposit was for?!?! the woman i spoke to i presume was the owner was so dopey it annoyed me even talking to her....
