This is an outstanding property as all rooms have been newly refurbished. Such a fresh feel in the bedrooms, and has high quality finishings, much better overall look than some of the higher grade guest houses I have stayed in ie 3 or 4 stars. I am informed that the lower grading is due to lack of hairdryers and complimentary shower products in the room, however hairdryers and irons etc are available on request. In my opinion guests much prefer to use their own products and get a better overall price than use hotel products which people seldom like anyway. The owner is unbelievable young ie in her 20\'s, which makes a difference and for the male guests very pretty. I would certainly recommend this guest house to anyone as it is a refreshing change....
