Upon arriving, the ambience and room were lovely, well presented room, comfortable with all mod cons, flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, the usual things you would wish for. Due to the nature of our visit to Brighton, one night was spent \'over indulging\' should we say! Hence needing piece and quiet the following morning and some of the early afternoon! Sadly this was not possible. The location of the B & B is on a main road, we heard the \'boss\' shouting at his staff and telling them off for not tending to the rooms effectively and were then telephoned requesting if someone could come in and look at our window. Not feeling great from too much wine the previous night, this led to us leaving one night sooner than we had booked and paid for....
