This is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. The place is cleaned to a very high standard with large rooms and friendly owners. They rent 4 rooms two with en-suite for L45.00 per room and two rooms with shared bathroom for L40.00 pounds per night. The Bed and Breakfast is located near the Arbroath Police Station and is within a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station. Great value. The rooms are very big and posh! I just loved the place.
